Anika Hauschild is an associate at MKRG and specialises in the area of compliance, internal investigations, commercial and fiscal penal law.

She advises clients both in corporate and individual criminal law, and defends both companies and individual clients. In addition Anika Hauschild also provides consultancy services to companies in the field of compliance. She supports our compliance experts with risk analyses on the basis of comprehensive audits, backed up by the drafting and implementation of individual compliance systems and management risk systems.

Anika Hauschild has been with the Düsseldorf office of Mütze Korsch since August 2016. Prior to this she was involved in teaching activities and lecturing within the Faculty of Criminal Law and Criminal Trial Law at the University of Düsseldorf.

  • Support for a partner in his capacity as Chief Compliance Officer for a corporation with global operations in the field of sanitary products
  • Development of compliance programmes after extensive audits and discussions with employees, as well as assessing the related risks in terms of anti-trust and criminal commercial law risks
  • Representation of individual clients in criminal investigations and judicial proceedings, together with proceedings relating to regulatory offences
