Corinna Schmidtmann advises clients on all aspects of trade and corporate law as well as on questions related to general commercial law. She represents the legal interests of national and international companies, shareholders and managing directors, as well as individuals. Her activities include not only the review and drafting of contracts, but also the representation of clients’ interests in extrajudicial and judicial proceedings. She is specialized on the enforcement of and defence against liability claims under corporate law.

Corinna Schmidtmann joined MKRG in November 2022. Before, she worked in a law firm specialized in providing litigation services for companies and insolvency administrators and as a case-working lawyer in the field of corporate insolvencies.
