This also covers disputes with customers. If required, we also carry out the debt collection for our clients.

One focus of our activities is to advise creditors in crisis or insolvency of their customers. In the event of insolvency, we assist creditors in enforcing their rights as well as in drawing up and negotiating continuation agreements. We also represent creditor pools during insolvency proceedings. Finally, we comprehensively defend creditors against revocatory actions.

Besides legal and tax advice on financing structuring, we offer our clients interdisciplinary support in discussions with banks, during the project evaluation and financing procurement, in the selection of project partners and other risk carriers as well as in searching alternative funding and (pre-)sale solutions.
