As an associate at MKRG, Manuel Schulz is part of the team led by our partner Dr. Stefan Krüger. In the field of financing and insolvency law, Manuel Schulz provides comprehensive advice, especially to factoring and leasing companies. Frequent topics are legal advice in crisis and insolvency, drafting of contracts (also with respect to cross border), support in legal disputes vis-à-vis debtors, customers and insolvency administrators (in particular with respect to revocatory action). Furthermore, he advises insolvency administrators with respect to debt collection and special topics.

Another focus is advising on legal issues relating to interim management as well as corporate and commercial law.

If no out-of-court settlement is possible, Manuel Schulz successfully advises and represents his clients before the German courts.

Manuel Schulz has been active for MKRG since January 2023. Prior to that, he gained two years of experience working as legal counsel for a German startup. During this time he was in charge with respect to the business development and expansion in the field of entertainment and established close contacts with foreign law firms as well as the relevant authorities. He also advised the company on corporate, employment and contractual law issues.
