Hans Stefan Korsch has been a partner with MKRG since its formation and specialises in all areas of commercial, company and corporate transformation law. In addition, as a Düsseldorf-based expert in employment law he has for many years dealt with all aspects of collective and individual employment legislation.
Hans Stefan Korsch also advises clients on all questions relating to the sale, acquisition and merger of companies, disputes under company law and issues of corporate succession. As a result he has for many years supported both, enterprises and entrepreneurs in special situations, focusing his entire advisory services on the individual aims and requirements of business organisations and their management bodies. Hans Stefan Korsch also takes a leading role in the planning and implementation of extensive (re)structuring operations in terms of company and employment law, often on an international scale, too. For example, the first transnational merger of various European companies into a German public limited company in accordance with Germany’s Company Transformation Act was accomplished under his guidance.
Hans Stefan Korsch has founded MKRG and is one of its managing partners. Prior to this he worked with other corporate law firms in a number of capacities, since 1985 as a partner.
