Ms. Hoffmann advises and represents employers, employees and works councils across all industries, in particular in the hotel and catering sector, covering all aspects of individual and collective employment law.

She particularly focuses on advising employers to deal with the daily challenges of HR work, on questions related to the protection against dismissal and all matters related to works constitution law. She is also specialized in drafting contracts, in particular employment contracts, apprenticeship contracts, bonus agreements as well as termination agreements.

Her extrajudicial activities include, in addition to drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on and asserting legal positions and personnel measures such as claims for the issuance and amendment of job reference letters, dismissals and warnings.

Furthermore, Ms. Hoffmann deals with questions and the drafting of contracts in the field of general civil law.

In connection with civil law disputes, in particular employment law disputes, Ms. Hoffmann is engaged in out-of-court negotiations as well as in as well as litigation at all levels of jurisdiction.
