Sabine Schemel since 2009 advises and supports clients – mainly national companies, works councils and employees – in all matters of individual and collective employment law.

She is specialized in advising employers in the hotel and catering industry as well as the service sector. In this context, she deals with the drafting and review of employment and termination agreements, agreements on the professional advanced training, warnings, terminations and issues of data protection under employment law. She represents clients in out-of-court settlement negotiations as well as during court proceedings.

In the field of collective employment law, Ms. Schemel primarily advises companies in matters relating to works constitution law, for example in proceedings concerning resolutions and temporary injunctions.

Furthermore, Ms. Schemel deals with the drafting of contracts under civil law and the enforcement of claims in court.
