Attorney Finn Heber is an associate at MKRG and part of the team led by partners Dr. Hornschuh and Dr. Mütze. He provides comprehensive legal advice to domestic and international companies on real estate law matters, with a focus on private construction law.

His practice includes, in particular, providing legal support for construction projects, drafting and reviewing construction and real estate contracts, and advising on disputes arising during construction. He places particular emphasis on practice-oriented legal advice with the goal of developing economically sound and practical solutions for his clients.

In addition, he advises and assists public authorities and companies in all areas of national and European public procurement law.

Mr. Heber has been with MKRG since October 2025. Prior to that, he practiced construction and public procurement law at a medium-sized law firm in Düsseldorf. Before that, he gained experience at a legal tech startup in Hamburg, where he worked on innovative legal solutions in the field of mass litigation.
