Dr. Thomas Spiegels is one of our partners. He is a specialist lawyer in administrative law and a graduate of the specialist lawyer course for building and architectural law. He specializes in advising on real estate and construction law, in particular public building law.
His main areas of expertise include comprehensive advice on construction and real estate projects, from purchase to planning and building law to realization and possible sale. Dr. Thomas Spiegels has in-depth industry knowledge based on more than 15 years of experience in the STRABAG Group. There he headed the Development Services division of STRABAG Real Estate for seven years. Based on his sound technical and commercial background, he advises on project developments, real estate investments and specific real estate and construction matters, in particular in the area of urban development and the creation of building rights.
Dr. Thomas Spiegels has been working for MKRG as a partner since 2024. He has been dealing with construction and real estate law since his admission to the bar in 2002.
