Dennis Eichwald is a partner at MKRG and advises clients on company law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, financial and capital market law and on specific aspects of protecting industrial/intellectual property.

Among other aspects of company law Dennis Eichwald specialises in advising incorporated and unincorporated companies together with their shareholding partners and management on a range of matters, including insolvency and disputes, both in court and out of court. In the founding of new companies by foreign corporations he provides consulting on the design of articles of association as well as on M&A transactions and financial law at the interface between company law and M&A. In addition he supports clients on all aspects of commercial registrations, legal aspects relating to commercial representation and dealerships, and in the drafting of terms and conditions, which are of particular importance for market entry by companies from abroad. An area in which Dennis Eichwald also specialises is IT law, where he advises both domestic and international clients on the legal aspects of IT contracts, data protection and e-commerce.

Dennis Eichwald has been operating on behalf of MKRG since 2007 and has been a partner since 2013.
